Methodisch sollen Einsatzpotenziale von Augmented und Virtual Reality Komponenten genauso getestet werden wie KI-Komponenten im Bereich der Trend- und Bedarfsermittlung, der Erweiterung von Assistenzsystemen sowie in der Interaktionsgestaltung von Lernenden mit Lernangeboten zur Individualisierung.\u00a0<\/p><h3 style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: 'Carrois Gothic', sans-serif; font-style: normal;\">Ergebnis:<\/h3><p style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: 'Carrois Gothic', sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Im Ergebnis steht ein Gesamtportfolio, das Auszubildenden, Quereinsteigern, Fachpraktikern wie Entscheidungstr\u00e4gern gleicherma\u00dfen topaktuelle, innovativ aufbereitete und marktorientierte Inhalte vermittelt. Entsendende Unternehmen sichern ihre personellen Ressourcen, die zur Entwicklung und Stabilisierung des Marktes dringend ben\u00f6tigt werden. Gleichzeitig werden dem einzelnen Lernenden attraktive, planbare und anerkannte Abschl\u00fcsse geboten, die den individuellen Arbeitsmarktwert steigern.<\/p><p style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: 'Carrois Gothic', sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Damit leistet das Gesamtkonzept einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Schaffung der Gleichwertigkeit akademischer und beruflicher Bildung, St\u00e4rkung der Durchl\u00e4ssigkeit und damit zu besserer Bildungsgerechtigkeit.
